We don't just advise on funds — we built one.

In 2009, our founder Matteo Pagani launched the Residentia Real Estate Fund in partnership with Banca dello Stato del Cantone Ticino — the first and only listed fund focused on residential property in southern Switzerland. In 2021 it was acquired by UBS. That same operating discipline now sits behind every mandate we take on.
